Cookie Policy
Voss uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage technologies to keep the service working, protect accounts and understand website usage.
Last updated 5 October 20261. What we mean by cookies
In this policy, “cookies” includes HTTP cookies, local storage, session storage and similar browser technologies that store or read information on your device.
2. Essential technologies
Essential technologies are used for functions such as authentication, security, session continuity, referral attribution where applicable, preferences and other features needed to provide the service. Where the law permits, these do not require optional analytics consent.
3. Analytics technologies
On the public Voss website, Voss may use local storage to keep a pseudonymous visitor identifier and session storage to keep a pseudonymous session identifier. We use these with page-view, referrer and campaign information to understand website usage and acquisition.
Where consent is required, Voss waits for your analytics choice before enabling this optional website analytics storage.
4. Checkout tracking
A merchant can choose to connect advertising or analytics tools to their Voss checkout, such as Meta or TikTok. Those tools are configured for the merchant's store and are part of the merchant's shopper-facing privacy and consent responsibilities. They are different from analytics used on the public Voss marketing website.
5. Your choices
You can choose “Essential only” or allow optional analytics when the Voss cookie notice is shown. You can also clear browser storage or cookies in your browser settings. Clearing them may cause the consent notice to appear again or sign you out of authenticated services.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when our technologies or legal requirements change.
