Acceptable Use Policy

Voss is built for legitimate commerce. This policy describes activity that is not allowed when using Voss Checkout.

You may not use Voss to

  • Break applicable law, court orders, sanctions, export controls or regulatory requirements.
  • Sell or facilitate products or services that Shopify, Whop or another connected payment provider prohibits for your account.
  • Commit fraud, card testing, identity theft, money laundering, deceptive billing or unauthorized transactions.
  • Misrepresent your identity, business location, products, transaction purpose or ownership.
  • Evade, interfere with or conceal information from a Shopify, Whop, banking, card-network or regulatory review.
  • Use stolen, synthetic or unauthorized customer/payment information.
  • Distribute malware, phish, scrape credentials, attack systems, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with service availability.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Use Voss to facilitate abuse, exploitation or other illegal harmful activity.
  • Resell or provide access to Voss in a way that bypasses our merchant onboarding or security controls without written permission.

Platform rules still apply

Using Voss does not remove your obligations to Shopify, Whop, card networks, banks or other connected providers. You remain responsible for determining whether your business and transactions are permitted.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, Voss, connected providers or the public, or where required by law or a provider. Where appropriate, we may ask for information needed to understand or resolve the issue.

Reporting concerns

If you believe a Voss merchant is using the service unlawfully or abusively, email support@vosscheckout.com.
