Billing & Refund Policy
This policy explains Voss software charges. Whop processing fees, Shopify charges, taxes and other third-party fees are separate.

Unless another written agreement applies, Voss charges 0.5% of each order successfully processed through Voss Checkout. Voss currently charges no setup fee and no recurring monthly software fee.
2. How billing can be collected
Voss may aggregate usage charges and collect them when a billing threshold is reached, on a periodic schedule, or using another billing cadence shown in the product. The cadence can change as the billing system develops, but the applicable Voss rate will be shown before charges are incurred.
3. Third-party charges
Whop payment-processing fees, card-network charges, currency conversion, disputes, reserves, Shopify transaction fees, taxes and other provider charges are not included in the Voss software fee unless explicitly stated.
4. Shopper refunds
The merchant is responsible for its shopper refund and return policy. Refunds to shoppers are handled through the applicable payment and merchant workflow. Voss does not promise that a refund of the shopper transaction automatically reverses third-party fees.
5. Voss fee reversals
Unless Voss explicitly shows a fee reversal or another written agreement applies, the Voss software fee is earned when an order is successfully processed and is not automatically reversed solely because the merchant later refunds the shopper.
6. Billing errors
If you believe a Voss charge is incorrect, email support@vosscheckout.com with the affected order or invoice details. We will review reasonable billing disputes and correct confirmed errors.
7. Failed billing
If a Voss fee cannot be collected, we may retry the charge, ask you to update the billing method, restrict paid features or suspend processing until the balance is resolved.
8. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase or use of Voss, except taxes imposed on Voss's own income.
