|---|---|---|
| Keep your Shopify storefront | Usually, with a supported integration | Yes—products, cart and fulfillment stay on Shopify |

Confirm your actual business eligibility
Verify your real registered country, business type, products and withdrawal method with Whop. No country page can approve a merchant account.
Test COP and your main buyer currency
COP is configured in Voss, but currency configuration is not the same as a confirmed live Whop payment or payout.
Recreate a normal customer order
Use a real cart with products, shipping address and any discounts. Verify methods, order total and completed Shopify order.
Know the full fee
Voss charges 0.5% per successful order. Add Whop payment fees, any currency conversion and applicable Shopify charges when comparing total cost.
Frequently asked questions
Is Shopify Payments available in Colombia?
No. As of October 2026, Colombia is not listed in Shopify's supported countries for Shopify Payments. You can still consider eligible third-party providers or a separate checkout.
Can I use Voss if my business is based in Colombia?
Only if Whop approves your real business, products, payment activity and payout setup. A configured currency or available Voss account does not guarantee Whop merchant approval.
Can customers pay by PSE in Voss?
PSE availability is not guaranteed. Whop controls the supported methods, so domestic Colombia-first stores should compare a provider that confirms PSE if essential.
Can I use Colombian pesos?
COP appears in Voss's configured checkout currency list, which does not confirm every COP payment or COP withdrawal with Whop.
Does the checkout include Spanish?
Voss-owned checkout UI doesn't currently have Spanish among merchant-selectable languages. This matters for domestic Colombia conversion.
How much does Voss Checkout cost?
Voss has no setup charge or monthly software fee. It charges 0.5% per successfully processed order. Whop processing, conversion and other applicable fees are separate.

Verified against Shopify's official supported-country list ↗. Seller and payout eligibility follow Whop's business verification process ↗. Being able to open a Whop or Voss account does not guarantee acceptance of live sales from Colombia. Voss is independent checkout software, not Shopify Payments or an official Shopify gateway.
Selling from Colombia to global buyers? Keep Shopify and evaluate Voss.
Keep your products and fulfillment in Shopify. Voss connects your storefront to a separate branded checkout where your own Whop business processes payment.
Voss cannot release funds held by another provider or guarantee Whop approval or payout timing.
