How the Voss fee is calculated
Voss software fee = successfully processed order value × 0.005. For every $100 successfully paid through Voss, the Voss software fee is $0.50. An abandoned checkout with no successful payment does not create a Voss per-order software fee.
Changing the average order value helps estimate the fee on a typical purchase. The monthly total depends on your monthly successfully processed order value, not on the estimate of how many transactions occurred.
What is not included in this estimate?
- Whop's payment-processing fees and any payment-method costs.
- Currency-conversion costs where applicable.
- Any adjustment relating to refunds or disputes under the applicable provider terms.
Whop independently determines merchant eligibility, available buyer payment methods, reserves, payout reviews and withdrawal availability. Voss cannot guarantee approval or payout timing.
What do you get with the software fee?
A branded Shopify external checkout connected to your own Whop account, checkout customization, payment verification, paid-order syncing back to Shopify, checkout analytics and supported Meta/TikTok integrations. The supported payment methods can vary by country and business.
