Diagnose your Shopify checkout problem
Choose the setup and symptom. You'll get a concrete checklist, not a fake error scan or a payment approval prediction.
Select your current checkout and a problem to see next steps.
First identify which system actually failed
A checkout problem can happen before payment is attempted, during card authorization, after payment capture, or when writing an order back to Shopify. Fixes depend on the stage; a failed payment should not be treated as a paid order, and a successful payment should not be charged twice merely because Shopify order creation is delayed.
Before payment
Check the current cart, country, shipping, discounts and whether the payment method is available for this shopper.
While paying
Review the actual provider's decline or authentication details. No checkout can override a bank or risk rejection.
After payment
Reconcile provider capture, paid Shopify order and any tracking events; do not ask the buyer to repay before you know the outcome.
Where Voss fits—and where it doesn't
Voss is a separate checkout application that connects an active Shopify store to the merchant's own eligible Whop business. It supports server-side payment integrity checks, a Shopify paid-order write-back workflow, and supported Meta/TikTok tracking integrations. It is not a bank-issuer decline override, guaranteed wallet enabler, or recovery tool for funds held by another provider.

More specific checkout troubleshooting
Keep Shopify. Use your own Whop account for checkout.
Your storefront stays where it is. Customers pay through a branded checkout, and successful paid orders are sent back to Shopify for fulfillment.
Whop processing fees, eligibility checks and account rules still apply.
