Frequently asked questions
Is Shopify Payments available in Türkiye?
No. As of October 2026, Türkiye is not listed in Shopify's supported countries for Shopify Payments. You can still consider eligible third-party providers or a separate checkout.
Can I use Voss if my business is based in Türkiye?
Only if Whop approves your real business, products, payment activity and payout setup. A configured currency or available Voss account does not guarantee Whop merchant approval.
Does Voss support Turkish lira?
TRY is a configured checkout currency. Account approval, actual acceptance of a TRY payment and settlement remain subject to Whop.
Can my customers use Turkish installments or local cards?
Do not assume Turkish installments, bank transfers or local card schemes are available. Check the actual Whop payment methods for your eligible business and buyer.
Does Voss translate checkout into Turkish?
Not currently. Voss-owned checkout text is available in English, German, Italian and Dutch. If a Turkish-language checkout is essential, take that into account before switching.
How much does Voss Checkout cost?
Voss has no setup charge or monthly software fee. It charges 0.5% per successfully processed order. Whop processing, conversion and other applicable fees are separate.
