Voss is specifically an external Shopify checkout powered by your eligible, merchant-owned Whop business. It does not reinstate a limited PayPal account or release money PayPal is holding.

Read your Resolution Center.
PayPal says account limitations can affect your ability to send or withdraw funds. It normally shows required steps in the account's Resolution Center or notifications. Use the official instructions rather than submitting documents through an email link you don't trust.
Plan for eligible future payments.
If your Shopify store is otherwise operating, you can evaluate another supported provider or a separate checkout such as Voss, subject to Whop's independent business eligibility and review requirements.
Money already held by PayPal is subject to its own resolution and payout process. Voss does not move that existing balance or guarantee the availability of any particular buyer payment method.

Can Voss replace PayPal on any website?
No. Voss is built for Shopify stores. If you don't use Shopify, this is not the right checkout software.
Does Voss require a PayPal account?
No. The core Voss payment connection is your own Whop business, not PayPal. Buyer payment method availability is governed by Whop, geography and eligibility.
Will my PayPal limitation affect Whop approval?
Whop reviews independently, and nothing here guarantees acceptance. Represent your actual products, business entity, country and prior processing situation accurately.
Can I keep Shopify's normal order workflow?
Yes, that is the design goal. Voss verifies successful payments and writes paid orders back to Shopify. Test your products, shipping and special integrations before switching.
