For Shopify print-on-demand sellers

Selling designs is easy. Keeping custom orders accurate after payment is the real job.

Your buyer picks a design, size, color and destination. Your production partner needs the correct paid Shopify order—not just a successful charge. Here's how to evaluate Voss for eligible print-on-demand stores without losing that operational detail.

$0 setup or monthly Voss fee0.5% Voss software fee per processed order

Whop processing fees are separate. Payment eligibility and payouts are controlled by Whop.

WHY THIS CHECKOUT DECISION MATTERS

Print-on-demand has a checkout problem generic payment articles miss.

A buyer's wrong variant, unclear production window or missing paid order can create a real cost when an item is custom-made. A checkout must retain accurate product/variant and shipping information. Payment eligibility for POD products and fulfillment models is a separate decision made by Whop.

The expensive failure points for a customized product

Wrong variant reaches production

The order should preserve the correct SKU, size, color and quantity. Inspect the actual Shopify order before treating a payment as ready for fulfillment.

Manufacturing and delivery promises

Don't advertise a generic next-day delivery promise if your product needs production time. Make shipping costs and store policies clear to the buyer.

Refund questions after production begins

Custom orders often have different practical considerations from ready-to-ship items. Publish legally compliant policies and identify who handles customer requests and refunds.

Unexpected currency or address

A final total may depend on buyer country, shipping zone or currency. Verify the store quote and payment amount before the order is accepted.

Test the actual made-to-order journey before launching ads

  1. Confirm with Whop that your specific products, business entity, countries and made-to-order fulfillment model are eligible. Never assume all POD categories qualify.
  2. Create one realistic Shopify cart with a variant, quantity, shipping address and applicable promotion; connect your store and Whop business to Voss.
  3. Preview your branding and explain where the buyer sees delivery costs, applicable policies and the product order summary.
  4. Complete a small authorized real payment. Verify the amount captured through Whop and the exact variants, quantity and shipping shown on the single paid Shopify order.
  5. Confirm the POD supplier/order automation receives the intended Shopify order. Voss doesn't independently guarantee a third-party print supplier's integration.
  6. Test your chosen refund route and customer-service response before sending larger traffic volumes.

The public Voss case study is one ordinary completed production purchase; it does not prove a specific POD supplier integration or production completion. Test your own Shopify supplier workflow.

What Voss does—and what it doesn't automate

Shopify remains the fulfillment source

After verified payment, Voss creates the matching paid Shopify order. Your existing Shopify supplier integration must still be separately tested.

Eligibility belongs to Whop

Voss isn't a bypass for Whop product restrictions, account reviews or disputes. Check your product descriptions and manufacturing/delivery model.

Variant and amount verification

Voss includes server-side money integrity checks. Still inspect a paid order with real products, shipping and discounts during launch.

No automatic POD production promise

Voss is checkout software, not a print production, inventory, returns or courier platform. Those responsibilities remain with the merchant and their supplier.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Which POD store situation matches yours?

You need the correct paid order and a permitted payment setup. That comes before design changes.

Choose your situation to get a specific recommendation. No contact details required.

Not an account-approval or eligibility decision. Whop makes its own payment acceptance, risk and payout decisions. A restricted provider's existing funds remain with that provider.

Questions worth resolving before signing up

Does Voss integrate directly with Printful, Printify or another supplier?

Voss's verified paid order returns to Shopify. It doesn't promise a direct integration with any POD supplier; verify your supplier's usual Shopify order intake.

Will every custom product be allowed by Whop?

No. Whop and its partners decide business and product eligibility. Prohibited categories or unacceptable business models won't become eligible through Voss.

Can the checkout promise delivery or handle production delays?

Voss can't control manufacturing or shipping. The merchant must set accurate policy/production expectations and handle customer communications.

Can I test products under one dollar?

Final payable amount and supported processor minimums can vary. Verify a real quote including shipping and applicable amounts rather than assuming all combinations work.

Voss costs 0.5% per successfully processed order with $0 setup and $0 monthly software fees. Whop processing charges are separate. Whop and its financial partners decide business eligibility, payment methods, reviews and payouts. See Voss pricing →

FOR ELIGIBLE SHOPIFY STORES

Keep your designs on Shopify and verify what the supplier actually receives.

Keep your products and fulfillment in Shopify. Voss connects your storefront to a separate branded checkout where your own Whop business processes payment.

Voss cannot release funds held by another provider or guarantee Whop approval or payout timing.
