For multi-store Shopify operators

More Shopify stores shouldn't mean a new checkout headache every time.

When you run multiple storefronts, an inconsistent checkout, missing theme code or unverified connection can quietly cost sales. Voss lets you add connected stores and switch between their workspaces—while keeping payment accounts and order records scoped to each store.

Whop processing fees are separate. Payment eligibility and payouts are controlled by Whop.

01Keep your Shopify store

Products, cart and fulfillment stay on Shopify.

02Accept payments with Whop

Your connected, eligible Whop business processes the payment.

03Orders return to Shopify

Confirmed paid orders sync for the normal fulfillment workflow.

THE REAL BUYING DECISION

Scaling stores multiplies small checkout mistakes.

What worked on one published theme may not work on another. Markets, currencies, payment eligibility, tracking and shipping settings also differ. A repeatable checklist matters more than copying one line and assuming every store is live.

What usually breaks as you add stores

A theme change disconnects checkout

Voss provides storefront verification, but each store's current published Shopify theme must contain the correct install line.

The wrong account or store gets connected

Treat Shopify domain, merchant-owned app credentials and Whop authorizations as store-specific; verify every connection.

One working test gives false confidence

Confirm checkout prices, market currencies, payment confirmation, order sync and ad tracking separately for every store.

Repeatable launch procedure for each storefront

  1. Add the Shopify storefront to your Voss workspace. Use its permanent myshopify.com identifier and connect the correct Shopify credentials.
  2. Connect the intended Whop business, complete billing and confirm the store's currency is currently supported.
  3. Install and verify the Voss snippet in the published theme. Repeat if you publish a different theme.
  4. Complete a paid test order and inspect the matching Shopify order; configure Meta or TikTok tracking for that storefront.
  5. Only then switch to the next store. Use the store switcher to manage each workspace; do not assume Voss offers a single consolidated group report.
YOUR NEXT STEP

Where are you in the multi-store rollout?

The next step depends on whether you're setting up the first store, duplicating a tested process or recovering a lost connection.

Choose your situation to get a specific recommendation. No contact details required.

Not an account-approval or eligibility decision. Whop makes its own payment acceptance, risk and payout decisions. A restricted provider's existing funds remain with that provider.

Before you make the switch: common objections

Is all my store revenue combined in one analytics view?

No consolidated group-level analytics view is promised here. Each connected store has its own dashboard and setup context.

Can I share one Whop business across every store?

Don't assume that. Whop's business/account eligibility and configuration determine what is permissible. Verify the intended account for each store.

Will Voss install automatically on all my themes?

No. Each published Shopify theme needs its correct Voss line and verification; a theme switch can require attention.

Inspect the actual workflow before committing

Voss provides a separate Shopify checkout that processes payments through your own eligible Whop business. It is not an official Shopify payment gateway, not a guarantee of approval or faster payouts, and not a way to bypass a provider's restrictions. Verify your products, available countries, customer payment methods and the paid-order result.

FOR ELIGIBLE SHOPIFY STORES

Build a repeatable checkout launch process—one verified store at a time.

Keep your products and fulfillment in Shopify. Voss connects your storefront to a separate branded checkout where your own Whop business processes payment.

Voss cannot release funds held by another provider or guarantee Whop approval or payout timing.
